Ego Power+ CS1400 Chainsaw Review

Ego has been in top of the outdoor power tool market for awhile now, they make excellent tools that are durable and powerful. Today we take a look at the CS1400 chainsaw.

Quick Specs

This saw can really cut, the 56v brushless motor cuts right through most wood with ease. Battery life is excellent and charging time is quick.

What can I say? Ego clearly makes some of the best outdoor power tools, only downside to the tools is the 56v line is ONLY OPE. But if you want some of the best OPE tools, Ego is the way to go.

The Ego hits all the right boxes with this chainsaw, super easy to use chain tensioner and the take off the bar and chain it’s a tool less breeze. While the handles like a pro saw, it’s definitely very easy to maintain as well.

The oil cap can be at times hard to get off, but at least it’s easy to see and find.

The chain tensioner is so easy to see, use and understand. I couple of twists and your change is tight and ready to cut.
