We liked this hedge trimmer for it’s outstanding power, but it comes in at a higher price and weight than it’s competitors. If your looking for the best, look no further than the Milwaukee M18 Fuel Hedge Trimmer.

This thing has loads of power, so much power that we never were able to stall it out trimming anything around the yard. It cut right through anything we put in it’s way.

The only downside to all this power is this trimmer is heavy, very heavy. To compare, the Makita weighs 1.2lb lighter with a battery, while the Milwakuee when attached to a battery is near 3lb heavier. Just a note that with the power comes extra weight.
